Life Story I get my humor and ease of communicating with others from my father but I get everything else from her. I am who I am because of My mother. Inspiration My high school theatre teacher was my mentor in school and still is. He opened my eyes to theatre. Mentor My Mentor was My high school theatre teacher pushed me into doing different types of theatre instead of just acting. As a result, I am a more well rounded teacher and person. The Day November 11, 2012 was when I married my husband. He has been my best friend for the past 16 years. Goals I have achieved most of my goals this year. The biggest being becoming a full time theatre teacher at Hays CISD. Carrer I have been working towards it for the last ten years but I was officially hired to teach theatre in September of 2011. Achieving The Goals I was first hired at CYT a nonprofit after school theatre program, then I substitute taught at three separate school districts, then I was hired at ST. Theresas Catholic School as a theatre teacher, and finally, I was hired to teacher here at Simon Middle School. Teaching I am incredibly passionate about teaching theatre. I love working with students and watching them get excited about learning new talents.

I think that I was meant to teach. I love everything about it.
