By projecting your mind into other times and spaces, and by seeing the world as separate from you, life becomes like a donut, out of reach. Your body, personality, and soul exist in the empty hole. Its easy to think you are nothing because you cant feel yourself.

You withdraw your projections from the donut and pull everything inside yourself. Now all your dreams, goals, and solutions exist inside your present moment and there is no outside world! The sphere is your reality.
