1. *ix yeast, water and sugar.Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine flour, dried milk and salt. 3. +our in the oil and yeast$water mixture and stir well. 4. !ou might need to add more flour or water, depending on the absorbency of the flour. 5. ,nead dough briefly, di-ide into "# egg si.ed balls. 6. +lace on a floured surface, co-er and let rest for "/&'0 minutes. 7. 1oll one ball out and cook in a skillet until large 2bubbles2 form. 8. 3lip pita o-er and cook the other side for a few more minutes. 3latten it out with a
