Sir, Sub: Quotation for Civil works at Bangalore. We thank you for your enquiry and offer the following rates for civil works at Bangalore IT Park. The rates are inclusive of labor and material. We hope our offer would be quite competitive to issue your valuable work order. Terms & Condition: The quotation is valid for 30days only. We require mobilisation period of 5days after receiving work order. The work will be completed within 45days. Water and electricity required for the work are to be supplied at free of cost at work spot. Cement and material stock godown to be provided. The rates are exclusive of all taxes such as VAT, Service Tax or any other taxes provided by GOVT. We require mobilization advance of Rs.5,00,000.00 before commencement of work. The invoice to be paid within 7days. The invoice will be raised as per actual quantity of work executed. We are not having ESI & PF. RMC concrete test certificate will be produced & ISI steel will be used for project.
