PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vatral 125/150 Fire Protection Mortar has been developed especially for ship construction, with excellently combined fire protecting, heat insulating and acoustic properties.

PROCESSING DIRECTIONS
The mortar is ready to use. Before processing, stir the mortar slowly and thoroughly, do not dilute it! It may be processed with steel spatulas. The area to be treated has to be clean, dry, dust-free, and grease-free. During processing, the room temperature must not be lower than 5C. After drying, the mortar can be grinded, drilled and cut. The completed shaped parts harden at room temperature, but can be hardened in ovens as well.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Small amounts of the binding material evaporate at temperatures higher than 150C. The specifications on the safety data sheet have to be observed. More data in the safety data sheet are to be concerned

STORAGE & TRANSPORT DELIVERY FORM

Ready for use in plastic containers: 2.5; 10.0 Litres Vatral 125/150 Fire Protection Mortar stored and transported dry, cool, but frost-free and sealed. Seal open containers properly. Under dry conditions non-opened containers can be stored for 6 months. The storage and transport temperature must not be lower than 5C
