Food Product Development Project Working in a team of four I applied scientific principles to the development of a food product.

Using bench top evaluations my team perfected a food product over 8 weeks resulting in one of the best received products in the entire class as demonstrated by the responses to our final taste testing open to campus. We were also able to make several health claims about our products nutrient content. We used SPSS to create graphs displaying the results of our products final evaluation by students on campus.
