LATELY 7F HAS BEEN REASERCHING THE PARTICLE THEORY.

Density
7F learnt that Density is how tightly things are
tainer but the volume remains the same. A GAS fills its space using both shape and volume of the space so it is not a fixed shape. In a GAS the molecule forces are very weak. The ATOMS are separated and very far apart.

This is what we know about the.

State Of Matter
We talked to Lauren and Amelia in 7F and this is what they know about state of matter. Well there are three main states of matter, SOLIDS, LIQUIDS and GASES. In a SOLID the molecules are closely bound together. A SOLID holds its shape and its volume stays the same. In a LIQUID the molecules forces are weaker which means it will take the shape of any con-

packed together. Everything have density. Things with more density are packed together tighter.

Hot Air Balloons

7F got creative and made hot air balloons

7F made hot air balloons. They were told to create a balloon and make it able to fly. We were given lots of materials like: Crepe paper Straws Tape We put them all together and named our groups balloon PRETTY JR. Although at the end it didn't float because it had too many air pockets. If we made it again than we would secure it better and make the hole where the hot air go into bigger.
