3.2 Analyze models of assessment, prevention, intervention, and evaluation. Ex. I will utilize company assessment tools, and evaluations. I will learn company prevention techniques and intervention procedures (ABI, Interaction, mealtime, NCI).

3.3 Demonstrate effective oral and written communication in working with individuals, families, groups, organizations, communities, and colleagues. Ex. I will follow the examples set forth by my field supervisor when engaging family, organization and colleagues. I will follow company policies and code of ethics.
