The main objective of this project made the students aware of importance of practing good nutritional habits every day because Eating well helps keep us healthy and active and thus improves our enjoyment of life. In order to achieve it the students are going to develop certain activities where they have use critical thinking collaborative leaning. The students are going to watch a power points presentation about the healthy or unhealthy habits, after the students are going to do a comparative and contrast chart between healthy and unhealthy national habits. They also are going watch a video about eating disorders in teenagers then they are going to research on internet the causes effects that affect our body. Finally they are going to give some useful recommendations to keep healthy life. .
