Well I cud suggest few techniques legally.

Try to convert all the lightings to energy saving one with less wattage. Dont keep you refrigerator door open for long. Try to keep all the doors and windows air tight while air conditioning system is on. There are few illegal techniques. 1. You could place a magnet near the meter. 2. You could ust !y"pass the supply going to the meter for few hours a day. #. you cud reverse the ohase and neutral connections to the meter for few hours a day so that the meter will rotate in opposite direction and your reading will less as per ur load instead of increasing. $ut I guarentee you if u follow the illegal techniques then surely u will end up en oying free accomodation % food in &'I( for atleast a few years.
