LABEL READING AND CARB COUNTING!

The serving size shown on food labels often doesnt match the amount of food that a person actually eats. As we now know, many times there is more than one serving per portion so in order to figure out the amount of carbohydrates in a food, we will have to do some simple math!

Servings per portion: 3 If you drink the entire bottle, youd have to multiply the grams of carbs x 3 25 g x 3 = 75 grams of carbohydrates

For carbohydrate counting 15 g = 1 serving so you would be having 5 servings of carbohydrates!!!
