    May 2, 2012 General Manager Best Western Hotel Islamabad 6 Islamabad Club Road Islamabad Subject Dear Sir,

    This is in reference to my meeting with (ARDM) dated April 23, 2012, regarding the 2012 agreement of flowers, commission and rent. Dear Sir, I would like to draw your attention that the offer which was made by (ARDM) not possible for me in these circumstances as the flower rates are going higher & higher on daily basis. Therefore, considering the good relationship with this estimated organization, I would like to propose the following options in this regard. Deal # 1 Rent & Flowers Deal # 2 Commission & Rent Deal # 3 As per the policy of other hotel/banquet halls, that they do not allow any outsider vendors except their approved vendor. It is my humble request if I accept the offer of (ARDM) then please do not allow any outsider vendor for stage/floral arrangements. I would highly oblige if you consider my humble request in this regard. Looking forward for a favorable response from your end. Regards, Proposal for the agreement for the year 2012
