Sir / Madam, Kindly refer to this office letter of even No 1-4/2012 SEA BSNL dated 14th August, 2012 and 13th March, 2014 vide which a list of STS (CAO) regular executives of Telecom Finance who are to be considered by the CPC for promotion to the grade of DGM (Finance) on ad-hoc basis was forwarded with the request to arrange to send the missing ACRs/APARs lying in the Circles. As the conducting of CPC for promotion to the grade of DGM (Finance) on ad-hoc basis is already delayed, due to want of complete information, Circle IFAs of concerned circles are once again requested to look into the matter personally and arrange to forward the ACRs/APARs in respect of above executives, immediately to this office. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
