HAZARD IDENTIFICATION* WHO MIGHT BE HARMED? CONTROL MEASURES


• All 110v tools to be fit for their purpose and carry
• Electric Shock Operatives a valid PAT certificate. Check tools and leads for
damage prior to use.
• Operatives to be trained in their use
• Only use the right tool for the job.
• Do not use in wet conditions.

• Slips –Trips & Falls Operatives – Workers adjacent • Work area to kept clear of trip hazards at all
times. Avoid trailing leads. Tie at high level when
possible
• PPE to be worn when required dependant on task
and location and may include but not limited to
the following:
o Safety Glasses
o Safety Footwear
o Gloves
• Manual Handling Operatives
