Subject and Object Pronouns

A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun. Subject pronouns, such as I, you, he, she, it, we, and they, can be the subject of a sentence. Object pronouns, such as me, you, him, her, it, us, and them, follow an action verb or words such as to, with, for, or at.

Underline the action verb. Then circle the object pronoun. Remember, an object pronoun often follows an action verb or words like to, at, from, or with. 5. Every Friday, Sergio swims with him. 6.
