Copy and write small (lowercase) letters in neat and legible. b. Copy and write capital (uppercase) letters in neat and legible. c. Copy and write numerals in neat and legible. d. Copy and write words in neat and legible. Cross-curricular elements: Kinesthetic. Teaching aids : pictures cards, letter cards, word cards, a sack, modeling clay and activity books.

Steps: Set Induction 1. Pupils make alphabets c, k and ck using modeling clay. Activities 1. In We Sound the Same game, a pupil picks a sound card from a sack and other pupils take turn to say the phonemes and match the sound card to the correct picture card. 2. Pupils trace and say the sounds /c/, /k/, /ck/. 3. Pupils choose the numbers and objects and write accordingly. 4. Pupils do writing exercise with teachers guidance in the activity books. ( page 47,48,49 and 50 )
