CT-Armor Corrosion Inhibitor

CT-Armor liquid inhibitor helps prevent acid treatments
Applications
CT-Armor corrosion inhibitor is pushed through CT after acid jobs to protect the tubing from corrosion. CT-Armor corrosion inhibitor is most effective in neat (concentrated) form, but it can be diluted in fresh water (10% inhibitor). If diluted, CT-Armor corrosion inhibitor should be continually mixed for proper coverage. This product is water-dispersible but not water-soluble. Dry nitrogen should be used to displace a specific volume of 10% CT-Armor corrosion inhibitor (one part inhibitor, nine parts fresh water) through the tubing to achieve a 3-mil coating thickness.

Compatibilities
CT-Armor corrosion inhibitor is incompatible with strong oxidizers.

from corroding coiled tubing (CT).

Benefits
CT-Armor corrosion inhibitor offers the following benefits: It has limited shipping restrictions. It is not considered a hazardous waste by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
