    The factors involved in ERP implementation has been shaped by case studies, questionnaires and interviews.

    This research study has some limitations at various levels. The project would be effective if this got some direct interviews with ERP people. The main reason for not considering the direct interview is time constraint. The ERP factors would have been investigated in detail if time was given more. This project is mainly focuses on ERP implemented companies in India. The future work can extend on this study to know the success and failure factors involved in ERP implementation globally.
