Pro bono Legal Services Retainer Agreement PERSONAL AND CONFIDENTIAL PROTECTED UNDER ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE PARTIES: This agreement is entered into by and between LOREN CHIRSTOPHER COLLINS (hereinafter Attorney) whose date of birth is June 22,1978 and who is a Georgia native, born & raised in the Atlanta area who graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2001 with a double major in Political Science and Religion and in 2004 graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, and LUCAS DANIEL SMITH (hereinafter Client) whose date of birth is January 04, 1980.

SERVICES: Attorney is hereby authorized to represent and or provide legal services, aide and advocacy to Client who is facing extradition to the Republic of Kenya. Services, aide and advocacy include, though are not limited to, (1) marshalling a defense (2) contacting Government officials in the Republic of Kenya (3) researching relevant and related Constitutions, Statutes, and Codes (4) drafting legal instruments in the English language. Attorney shall not telephonically, electronically or manually (i.e., verbalized, printed or written) communicate or transfer the details or circumstances of the aforementioned representation, legal services, aide and advocacy to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Federal Bureau of Investigation, National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, United States Secret Service, US Attorneys Office, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (where Attorney has been admitted since 10.24.2011) or any other federal entity or agency within the United States of America. FEES: Attorney shall provide all legal services free of charge and irrespective of Clients financial situation regardless of whether or not Clients financial situation improves substantially or it is discovered that assets exist with which the Client could pay Attorney fees. Client is not responsible for paying costs, nor expenditures made by Attorney, related to this matter. Attorney shall not, under any circumstances, regardless of whether or not such circumstances may or may not be significant and atypical, be permitted to request permission from Client, nor compatriots who are residents of census designated place Tucker,

Georgia, to charge reasonable Attorneys fees related to this matter. Other: Attorney is required to represent Client's interests. Aside from that which is noted in the paragraph directly below, Attorney shall not publish, disclose, share or provide emails from, and to, Client with other parties, private or public, such as Attorney did in 2004 when he played along condescendingly, feigning innocence, genuineness and straightforwardness with Nigerian scammer Dr. Emeka Felix for approximately two months before publishing their entire batch of email communications (including a couple emails from the Central Bank of Nigeria) on the internet for all of the world to read. The only exception to the aforementioned, and inherently implied, rule is that all email communications between Attorney and Client shall be copied, at time sent, to the honorable BRUCE STEADMAN. This transmission to a third party, i.e., BRUCE STEADMAN, shall not defeat the privilege accorded Attorney-Client communication.
