Generations of Names
Throughout my families history names have always been a big thing for us. Through many and many generations names have been passed along through both men and women. It all stared with the boys on my fathers said of the family. My great grandfathers name was Adrian Wallace Holbrook, he passed his name along to his son then my grandfather passed it down to my father and now my little brother is Adrian Wallace Holbrook the IV. The funny thing is, my name is Adrianna Morgan Holbrook. My parents thought that I was going to be their last child and they wanted to carry on the name Adrian so they names me Adrianna but little did they know that two years later my little brother would come along. On my mothers side of the family that is where most of the girl names are passed down from. My grandmothers name is Anita Sherrill Teeter, so when she had my mother and her sister she named them Emily Sherrill Teeter and Anita Kathryn Teeter. That is where my sisters name comes into play too her name is Laura Kathryn Holbrook. All of those names have been passed down from generation to generation. I am not sure where it all started but I will look more research up about it. So I know in my name where Adrianna came from. My mothers great grandmothers name was Morgan so that is how I got my middle name. My last name is Holbrook and it is a
