Ablan AN ORDINANCE REPEALING PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 66-2004, REGULATING RENTALS OF CERTAIN RESIDENTIAL UNITS IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE AND LAOAG CITY WHEREAS, Provincial Ordinance No. 66-2004 was passed by the sm Sangguniang Panialawigan last 16 February 2004 to regulate rentals of certain residential units in the Province of Ilocos Norte; WHEREAS, Republic Act 9653 entitled, "An Act Establishing Reforms in the Regulation of Rent of Certain Residential Units, Providing the Mechanisms Therefor and for Other Purposes” and also known as the Rent Control Act of 2009, effectively renders PO 66-2004 obsolete; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained that SECTION 1.
