SLOW SIZING PRODUCTION Not getting the yarn at the right time Shot combo Frequent change of warp

arp lot Higher yarn breakage during warping Steam problem Mechanical/Electrical troubleshooting Maintenance related work Not running the machine in original mode, i.e. Local automation has been done to several old machines which doesnt behave friendly all the time. PRODUCTION LOSS & WASTAGE FOR SIZING & WARPING FAULTS AND WEAVING PRODUCTION TROUBLED DUE TO YARN Higher warp breakage (break per million) in warping causes more lappers in squeezing roller influencing frequent stop of sizing machine resulting size spot, sticky yarn, miss warp, reverse yarn etc. in weavers beam which also result higher warp breakage, crossing & defective fabric during weaving. To avoid crossing, reverse yarn, sticky yarn sometimes it is important to re-knot the beam which increases the wastage percentage. Use of same quality yarn for high speed & low speed machine weaving production is troubled. For example, 30S/1 Ne yarn has 2800 CSP which is suitable for Tsudakoma loom to run at 450 500 RPM. But this yarn isnt suitable for Picanol Summum to run at 675 700 RPM or Picanol Omni plus800 at 700 750 RPM. Using all intake cone in warping to increase the productivity of warping & sizing but using the left over re-cone yarn as filling yarn results more filling stop in weaving. Using sectional warping machine for the fabrics which has higher cover factor also using single sow-box for sizing reduces the quality of weavers beam.
