Haydn: Sonata in Eb Hoboken XVI:45 Lots of trills, but it will help you advance.

May not be the easiest, but it's a great tune that I've not been able to get out of my head 10 plus years later. I've yet to find an "easy Haydn" sonata as he was composing for king and court - he had to write something to keep the interest of the monarch. . . Learn to love trills - I'd suggest the G Henle Verlag Band 1 edition as most of the embelishments are written out (save for the trill marks) Mozart Sonata in C major K545 : While it is at a fast pace - you can always slow it down - great scale work and arpeggio work to help your hand dexterity. I was given this work and the work above during my first year of learning piano (granted I was an adult at the time.) Beethoven: There are no easy Beethoven sonatas as he was a piano god. I'd start with his Adagio section from the Pathetique sonata no 8 second movement. Link below is the tune. What I would suggest is not asking for sonatas, but rather easier works within the sonatas. You'd prolly benefit from slower works with out a lot of frills. If the book is still being published, I would look for The Days of Haydn, Mozart & Beethoven. It has a ton of tunes that are great for beginning pianists. They don't have the whole work, but movements from the works that are somewhat easy. Don't forget you have Clementi, Dittersdorf, Benda, Giordani, and others.
