I'm not sure if Sis Ma's email is working and I would like you to go over ALL the email correspondence below to update yourselves with the latest information and respond accordingly. There were two sets of agreements for the two stage bid process in Lufhereng where the original Retlasebetsa JV members were informed that a compliant Retlasebetsa JV with members who could provide the requested document by Vuka Sechaba partner, Bigen, would be included in the second stage bid to represent everyone. My correspondence as per the emails below did explain that other parties would be invited with the correct documentation. Hence Moreteng was invited to participate. After discussions between the founder members we have decided to level the playing field and offer all members from both the first stage and second stage an opportunity to acquire shares in an incorporated Retlasebetsa Pty Ltd as per correspondence below. Initially members were allocated shares for free but as per correspondence below a decision was made that all members need to contribute to the set up costs of a new and incorporated Retlasebetsa. This incorporation is also prompted by the requirements imposed on the winning bidder that all consortium members must be legal entities and have the necessary governance structuctures viz registration documents, shareholders certificates, tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, office and municipal account. Therefore all members who need to be shareholders are offered an opportunity to do so as per emails below. Those who cannot be members are not shut out and the new Retlasebetsa Pty Ltd will strive to find work for them in the project. I'm copying everyone on my correspondence and to be fair to everyone I would prefer if all correspondence is via email and copied to all so that everyone follows the process.
