with the mindset that this area is for working. At the beginning of each class period there will be a designated area where students can pick up the notes, assignment, etc for the day. While the teacher or designated speaker is speaking, students will be expected to raise their hands when wanted to ask a question. During a classroom discussion, students will have the ability (until abused) to speak freely. One student may speak at time. Homework will be graded either by the teacher and returned promptly to students. Or through some instructed form of grading, such as switching with a neighbor, etc. During any additional time allowed at the end of each class students may ask about grades. If time does not allow, all grades will be updated online and I will be available before and after school for any questions. I will return all papers to them promptly and at the appropriate time during each class. When turning in your test, bring only your test with you. Leave your pencil at your desk and quietly walk to the designated area. Students are old enough to use the restroom during their own time; much of the classroom time will consist of important information that they need to be present to receive. In the case of an emergency they may ask in a non-disruptive way during left over time in the class. All emergencies will be in line with the schoolmandated instructions. Student seating will be assigned after the first few days of school. It will be randomly reassigned to move people around for a class unifying experience. This will be determined based on the preference of the school. Students will have a certain amount of days determined based on the amount of time they were absent to make up a test or a quiz. It is likely that this will have to be done either before or after school. There will be a box with the numbers 1-31 on the
