B. ARBITRATION

Reference to 3rd party- decision binding on

both parties. It is a judicial process. More faith & faster to that in courts

C. ADJUDICATION

3rd party appointed by Govt.


When Govt. get a report of failure of conciliation proceedings

When both parties agree, its called voluntary adjudication.
