Londono1 Adrian Londono College Writing Professor Lago March 26th/2014 The Differences of Workplaces I had learned that

it will never be easy when working as we get older. There will be times when we need to make adjustments and adapt to new and different environments but with the right mentality and enthusiasm, it will lead toward great success. My goal in the future is to become a Personal Trainer whether its for a professional team, or for a fitness gym to work in. I ended up interviewing a few couple of workers that allowed me to speak to them, based on tough lifestyles they had to adjust to. Due to unemployment and the view of society is now much different and harder, because not everyone will have the same fulfilling jobs they once had about 15-20 years ago. A few workers named Willie, Jorge, and Juan that I interviewed from a Spanish background became much different and similar due to their change of countries back then in the 1990s. For example, these professional soccer players who once were in Italy, Colombia, and Ecuador, are now a manager to a mechanical distribution facility. Or another became an electrician, whereas the last one became a soccer coach with his own academy and built his own organization for his team. When I was told this I couldnt believe what my ears had heard! Talking to the interviewers I asked them how old they were when they first started work. Finding out that some people have been working since they have been 15 to 16 years old, and others

Londono1 who started when they were 14 years old is very interesting and brought to my curiosity since I have been working since I have been 16 years old. One of the interviewers was only working up until she was 19 years old, which brought to my attention a child is only as hard working as the reflection of their parents. After all the studies I had spoken with, I had learned that it will never be easy when working as you get older. There will be times when you need to make adjustments and adapt to new and different environments but with the right mentality and enthusiasm, although it will still be hard, it will be given a better outcome.

The Questions I had asked: What accomplishments or circumstances did you have back then that led you to where you are now? What kind of tips would you give to a young adult like myself for the future and in the process? Was it hard converted your life form one country to another? What were some struggles? What kind of mentality did you have and go through for certain changes in your life that you didnt think you would come across? How many jobs have you had?
