August 2014 Newsletter

Greetings from room 210! I hope everyone had a fantastic summer vacation ready start a new year of school! My name is Ms. Lee and I welcome you to the first issue of the art newsletter! In my classroom, This curriculum is meant to allow your student to be self-expressive and unleash their inner creativity to the best of their potential! I plan on using a plehora of materials to broaden your childs horizon in what art could be. This class will let your students take something meaningful to them and display it physically on paper and other mediums. I believe that self-expression is very important component to life and I will do my best to help your child acheive that virtue! Please know that I will be sending home a newsletter every month outlining the major units of study your child will be participating in and general announcements. Speaking of general announcements! I will be holding DIY (Do It Yourself) workshops at the end of every month. This month, on Thursday August 28th, we will creating scrabble tile pictures for the home! (supplies will be provided) If you would like to partipate, please email me in advance at judy.lee@futureshool.com! Walk ins are also available!
