Modified to work with 1.26 by Blasz
Commands (Only 1st one is reliable, the other 4 sometimes work, sometimes dont)
!dr xx - Sets wc3 delay to xx ms.
!dr - Displays current wc3 delay
!dri - Displays info about W3DR
!drp - Pings players
!drc - Displays countries of players
Errors while trying to start the application?

ework) and WinPcap (http://www.winpcap.org/install/default.htm)
