ABSTRACT

Instrument system of gas ammonia ( NH3) be grader prototype concentration of gas

ammonia ( NH3) in certain area. Instrument system of gas ammonia applicable to measure
concentration of gas ammonia ( NH3) at certain area.

At this research will be designed an instrument prototype which can measure

concentration of gas ammonia ( NH3) in more specifically to instrument system censor
designed so that require to be calibrated with calibrator which has fulfilled standard angle
blocks according to regulation applied.

Result of instrument system planning of gas ammonia in the form of transfer

function, that is between output strains to concentration and between resistance ratio to
concentration. Transfer function at this research divided to become two divisions, at low
concentration and concentration of height.

Transfer function for low concentration expressed in the form of V= 0,004

( volt/ppm) Q ( ppm) + 1,479 ( volt); contribution of variable concentration of to its(the rising
output strain of censor equal to 97,015% and the rest 2,9 % is contribution of other variable
of which is not packed into transfer function model submitted. While relation between
resistance ratio to concentration of obtained transfer function R= - 0,003 S(ppm) + 0,918;
with contribution of variable concentration of to lowering of output resistance ratio of sensor
equal to 97,1% and the rest 2,9% is contribution of other variable of which is not packed into
transfer function model submitted.

Transfer function for concentration of height expressed in the form of V= 0,028

( volt/ppm) Q ( ppm) + 0,89 ( volt); contribution of variable concentration of to its(the rising
output strain of sensor equal to 99,2% and the rest 1,8 % is contribution of other variable of
which is not packed into transfer function model submitted. While relation between
resistance ratio to concentration of obtained transfer function R= - 0,011 S(ppm) + 1,02;
with contribution of variable concentration of to lowering of output resistance ratio of sensor
equal to 98,1% and the rest 1,9% is contribution of other variable of which is not packed into
transfer function model submitted.
