Cloning-Health issues

A lot of people think that cloning is good and it is a light of hope for organs transplant.
Scientists hope that one day cloning can be use for organs transplant, however theres still a
long way to go.
Cloning has a high failure rate, out of hundred cloned animals only 3 are successful; 96 of
them die before giving birth, and 2 of the remaining lucky cloned animal suffer from large
offspring syndrome. Only one can live healthily.
When cloning human the biggest problem is improper DNA imprinting, DNA imprinting is the
process which DNA is chemically marked with either the maternal or parental genes. In case,
there is a malfunctioning in imprinting, it leads to defective imprinting on the embryo
causing organ abnormalities.
Finally cloned animal have short life. Dolly the sheep lived 6 years, which normal sheep live
twice as she lived. Because DNA used in cloning are usually from adult animals there for they
tend to have weaker immune systems and higher susceptibility to disease and disorder.
