Morgans Italian Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe (Low Fat Version)

Serves 6-8




Ingredients

-2 cups whole wheat bow tie pasta
-(4 oz) part skim milk mozzarella cheese
-2 cups cherry tomatoes
-handful of fresh basil leaves (about cup)
- cup red onion
-2 cups cooked chicken breast (to make it
more low fat you can replace with a 6
oz can of tuna (in water))
-2.25 oz can of sliced black olives
-1 medium cucumber, diced
-1 cup fat free Italian dressing
Directions

1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together

2. Chill for 2 hours before serving

(IF YOU SUBSTITUTE TUNA)
