Immigration in the United States is something that has happened many years ago and the
rights of those immigrants are not as good as the people think. Many U.S. citizens
complain about the benefits that immigrants have and that they do not have, one of the
most importatnt issues are the jobs that immigrants have in this country and how they get
it. U.S. government has give the opportunity to the immigrants to do the right thing, by
giving them rules that need to follow to be able to work in the future in the United States.
Most of the jobs that a immigrant can have is being a dish washer in a restaurant because
by the fact that the salary that they will give them is very low. Many of the immigrants
have a green visa that is made to work in the U.S. but the issue is that the visa expires
years later and after that the people stay in the united states searching for a work to have
the opportunity to mantain their families in Mexico. The rules are that people will have
the opportunity to work only by kepping a sertain amount of working with a permit (visa
green card) and having all the right to check if their visa still active. It will be
applications to se their immigration status and then verificate if they can be hired and see
if they can still be in the United States. should ensure guests maintain financial ties to
their native countries, perhaps by requiring a certain dollar level of annual remittances to
family back home or by maintaining a foreign household while in the U.S. (citate) any
guest-worker setup must include increased incentives to boost economic activity in
Mexico because the main reason is helping Mexico develop jobs, particularly in poor
regions far from the U.S. border, is in our own national interest. (citate).
