Vision Detailed Upgrade from 2.15.10 to 2.30.

Once the device is running the minimum version 2.15.10, please proceed with the upgrade instructions
below.
If you are currently running 2.15.10 please upgrade to 2.30.00 (Build 325).
Software:
A) 2.15.10 --> 2.30 (325) = upgrade_Vision-2.15.10_and_later-2.30.00-325.upgrade

***To upgrade your APSolute Vision server***
1. Download the upgrade file from the URL provided above and save it to your PC.
2. Use a Web browser to access the APSolute Vision server Web page.
3. Click the link Upgrade APSolute Vision Server at the top right corner of the page.
4. Browse to the upgrade file.
5. Click Open.
6. At the prompt, Are you sure you want to continue with upgrading to APSolute Vision version 2.xx.00?,
click Yes to initiate the upgrade procedure. Upgrade log messages are displayed. When the procedure
ends successfully, the message? "Upgrade completed." is displayed in green letters at the top of the
screen.

Caution: It is recommended to disconnect the APSolute Vision clients before you upgrade the APSolute
Vision server.

Do NOT use APSolute Vision until the entire upgrade process is completed.

To monitor the upgrade status, do the following:

1. Open a browser and enter the IP address of the APSolute Vision server.

2. Log in.

3. Click the Maintenance Files icon.



4. Open the upgrade logs folder.

5. Select the current upgrade.log file.

When the entire upgrade process is completed, the upgrade.log file will display an appropriate, explicit
message similar to the one below:

The upgrade of APSolute Vision server, including the Device Performance Monitor (DPM) and
APSolute Vision Reporter (AVR), has completed successfully.

Notes:
- If the APSolute Vision server was running before the upgrade, the server will restart it after the
upgrade.
- Please do not close the browser until the upgrade has completed successfully.
- Once the upgrade process has been completed please make sure to download the new client and
install the new one.
