Hello,

Jared Hernandez Izaguirres mother came by the ofce today to let us know that some kids are
bothering her son.

Jared says that Kimberly from his class is always hitting and screaming at him. Jared told mom
that he has told his teacher but that Kimberly keeps bothering him.

There is also a 5th grade student that is bothering him in after school homework club. Jared
doesnt know the students name, but he takes Jareds food and told him he looks like the
devil.

Mom says that the family is going through a difcult time at home and she is really worried
about Jared. He has told mom that he doesnt want to come to school anymore and its really
hard for mom to get him up in the morning.

The student is Andy Xavier Izaguirre Cano in Mr. Ewings 5th grade class. Could you contact

Hello Ms. Izaguirre, I'm calling on behalf of the School Counseling Intern Ryan Bunda we want-
ed to let you know that Andy has been coming to school with quite a bit of stress, sometimes on
the verge of tears. I was hoping that we could schedule a time where Mr. Bunda and the School
Counselor Amy Hepburn could meet with you to nd out how we could support Andy and the
family.

Ms. Hepburn let me know that I should be with you just in case the parent or you have any
questions! I am pretty busy for most of the day but I can denitely be exible for this call. Feel
