I have been working as a Technical Writer for the past 5 years. I have previously worked for companies
such as Intel, Sutter Health, Apple and PG&E in this role. I have prior experience maintaining and
administering web based knowledge bases for audiences both internal and external. I have used the

In addition to my expertise using the applications listed above, I have well over a decade of experience
writing, editing and troubleshooting HTML and CSS. I also have an extensive background in Information
Technology, and have experience using all flavors of Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
