LED Driver TS19705CX6
The TS19705 is a constant current Fly-back controller with primary side control and PFC
function for LED lighting applications. The controller achieves high power factor and low
Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) operation by Boundary Conduction Mode (BCM). The
line and load regulation of LED current is about <3% because of particular control method. TS19705
also provides gate driving voltage clamping, VCC overvoltage protection and system output open/short
circuit protection to increase IC performance. It is suited for universal input voltage range from 90 to
264 VAC. The driver comes in SOT-26 package.

MOSFETs
A new family of 30 V to 100 V N-Channel MOSFET in small PDFN56 package has been
released. Thanks to low on-resistance, low input capacitance and low Miller charge
these parts are ideally suited for SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supplies) synchronous rectification and
networking DC-DC power system.

High Voltage NPN Power Transistors
High voltage fast-switching NPN power transistors with
specifications of collector-base voltage VCBO of 1050 V and
collector current IC of 2.5A and 5 A are now available (TSC5802D,
TSC5804D, TSC741, TSC742). These silicon triple diffused type NPN transistors are available in packages
TO-220, TO-251 (IPAK) and TO-252 (DPAK). With their high voltage capability and high switching speed
they can be applied for example as electronic ballast for fluorescent lighting or in switch mode power
supplies.
