A Hero design for clothing.

Executive Summary
Hero is a business with unique styles and services that specialize in quality clothing and
service. This business has a lot of potential for the future. Without our inspiration to change the
world and our passion to make the world a better and more stylish place, we see Hero as an
accelerator for breakthrough. We understand the influence fashion has on today and tomorrows
generation and want to harness that potential and turn into something amazing.
We envision a brighter future for everyone. We see that influential companies arent taking
the full challenge to help those in need. At Hero, we wont just stop when we reach a certain amount
of sales or have a limited time offer. With influence, we will have unlimited freedom to do
everything in our power to do right. Our vision is a better people, better world, and better life.
We value everyone and everything in our organization. We know that in order to have a
great company, you must have great people. We invest in getting the right people in the right seat of
our organization to distinguish, in the future, as a great company.
Combining with local and professional designers, Hero is unique with our product design.

The unity we have in our organization.

Background
Growing up, we saw the influence of fashion among cultures. We saw the potential that each
one had, and we decided that we wanted to have the same influence, but also be able to make a
difference. We understand the role and influence we could have on society today and we want to
influence society to have more respect, dignity, pride, freedom, and choice when it comes to their
life, and their fashion. Hero Ink is not just a clothing brand. With our new unique design and passion
for a better world, we want to give everyone the opportunity to seize the day, while looking good.
Fashion is an important part of culture in the U.S. and in many other parts of the world.
With our wide array of products, including: Hoodies, T shirts, shoes, jackets, sweaters, etc. We also
have a You Create that is based entirely of your design. There is a catch though, in order to be
eligible for You Create, you must dedicate six hours in improving your local community, record it,
and have it signed by a member of the community that acknowledge your community involvement.
The way we will structure our business will be by having a line of command. My partner and
I will be at the top of the organization, and then following will be our different departments.

Vision Statement
Our vision in HERO is to have our business be successful worldwide. We believe our
products are for everyone, especially for children in poor regions that cannot afford
clothing. Providing for the needy is one of the most important parts of HERO. For every
piece of clothing purchased online or at retail, HERO will provide that particular clothing to
an unfortunate child in need. Everyone can benefit by buying from HERO. When a customer
buys from our stores, they are not only helping themselves but they are helping other
people in poorer regions all over the world.
We have set high goals and expectations for this business; and are strategically
planning for the next five years in order to meet those expectations.

Value Proposition
We have created a unique system for our business to produce great results. In Hero,
our greatest value is our service. Our general purpose in Hero is to help communities all
around the world to become a better place. Hero has the responsibility of providing for the
destitute. This takes place when a customer buys a single item from Hero. The same exact
item that was purchased with be sent to a unfortunate person in a poor region of the world.
Many people will buy from us because they value service and helping other people.
We also give people the opportunity to everyone to design their own clothing by
doing a certain amount of service hours. Being able to design your own clothing is new and
exciting for people.

Additional Business Areas
We have made remarkable deals with manufacturers and retailers that will sale to
consumers of all ages, man and woman, around the world. We have made deals with
companies that make clothing and companies that provide services. The companies we
have chosen are attracted to fashion and giving back to the community. We have also hired
professional designers to create websites and advertisements in a variety of languages in
order to get our business known unto the whole world.
We expect the market me have chosen to evolve greatly in the next five years. We
will team up with famous, well-known, companies that are extremely effective in the
market; Successful companies that create different accessories and more intense services.
Eventually, we plan on creating a separate department that specializes in services
around the world. We predict that the price point of this market will pay for the type of
products that vary depending on the demand of the product.
There are many competitors including Toms, People Water, and Smile Squared. We
are all a part of the buy one,

In Hero, there are four departments that the CEOs are over. The four departments
are human resources, Marketing, service, and product research and development. Human
resources make up the workforce of an organization, business sector, or economy.
Marketing department is in charge communicating the value of our product and
service to customers, for the purpose of selling that product or service. This department
sets a process for creating, delivering and communicating value to customers, and
customer relationship management that also benefits the organization. The service
department can full control of the services that take place including giving clothing to the poor
children. The product research & Development department is in charge of creating new and
advanced products that are suitable for the current market.

Company Strengths

Company focuses on many aspects of our business. Our strengths are our proudest
ideas. With our innovative ideas, we are strengthened as a company and outperform the
competition.
Strength 1: The first strength we have as a company, is giving back to the
community. By focusing on giving back, we know that we have the opportunity to give back.
By giving back, we attain a higher level of positive company image. With a good image, we
are able to promote more with more confidence of customer trust and loyalty.
Goal 1: After the fifth year of making profit, we will establish a charity and
raise a minimum of 5,000$ to donate towards low income regions.
Goal 2: After the sixth year of making profit, we will have opened at least two
relief centers for low income regions.
Strength 2: Hero has not one, but two well determined founders. We are both fully
emotionally and financially committed to Hero and we have the knowledge to turn it into a
success clothing line.
Goal 1: Starting day one, we plan to manage our employees like One-Minute
Managers and make the
fortune 1000 list.
Goal 2: By September 17, 2050, my
partner or I will make it on the top 100
CEOs.

Strength 3: Hero is a unique company. We are a company that has works with
professional designers and we also work with local unknown designers.
Goal 1; Hero will establish a scholarship for young, local designers by January
1, 2020, to help designers get more experience in fashion design.
Goal 2: From day one, Hero will value all of its customers as if they each had
10,000$ to spend on our clothing.
Company Weaknesses
Heros weaknesses are slowly being turned into strengths. We are focusing on key
elements that will eliminate our current manufacturing delays.
Weakness 1: In order to mitigate weaknesses we must get a faster manufacturing
process and customer delivery.
Goal 1: We are able to do that if partner with clothing manufacturer and buy
in bulk when we buy our clothes and accessories so that is will decrease the amount
we spend.
Goal 2: We use the Just-In-time method of manufacturing to help use utilize
what we spend.
Weakness 2: Another weakness we must mitigate is customer recognition.
Goal 1: We as a company must design a signature logo that people know the
moment they see it. We are currently in the process of designing and patenting a
design. 8

Goal 2: We have created a system of gratitude when customers buy from us
so that they feel special whenever they buy from us.
Weakness 3: Having people know about our clothing was another weakness that we
have mitigated.
Goal 1: By entering the social media race, we
will have increased product knowledge among
customers by 47%.
Goal 2: We will advertise not only in Utah but in
countries all around the states so that our company
can spread quickly.
Summary

We feel our business will be successful because Hero has extraordinary value. We
believe our business will have a great impact on the world. Not only does Hero offer
fashionable apparel, but it has a long lasting contentment from service. Hero is a great way
of 'Helping Everyone Realize Opportunities' by contributing to the humanity. We have
planned an inspiring system that will generate great results for our businesses success.
Our business has much strength like our unique design, our dedication to give back,
and our great management team. With our strengths, we are going to be able to hold on in
the initial years and stay a great company throughout the maturity phase.

poor facility location, and our less recognized brand name. We have our focus set to
mitigating our weaknesses and becoming an empowered company.
