Objective(s): Students will show energy transfer through the creation of a Chain Reaction
invention.
Procedures: **Review that project must show at least 3 different types of energy transfer and must be
written in cursive** Helpful picture on SRB page 148 Appendix B
1.) Students collect their science Chain Reaction Invention from the back table.
2.) Students who need a computer may go to the computer lab in order to print pictures (students
know where lab is numbers 1-15 have been signed out and reserved for the class.)
3.) Students may use magazine, drawings, and printed pictures to show energy transfer (light, heat,
electric, gravitational, elastic, sound, motion, and chemical) SRB may be used.
4.) Around 2:45 students can begin to clean up / place posters on back table
