 Develop a Joint Communications Strategy

 Promote the T21 Programme

 Develop the necessary Database and Website facilities to capture data and
assist joint agencies’ responses.

 Provide a single point of contact for T21 Programme Issues

 Ensure pre-planning for Traffic Issues arising from the T21 programme

 Develop Strategies and Plans to anticipate and alleviate traffic and transportation
problems arising

 Co-ordinate activities of Implementing Bodies

 Ensure Access is maintained at all time for Business and Commercial Activities
in the City

 All participants committed to joint planning and actions

 Co-ordination of all aspects of the T21 scheme’s Impacts on the City

 Liaison with Implementing Bodies and Major Stakeholders

 Hosts the “transportfordublin” Website and Data Matrix for use by the
participants, public and media
