    * Running setup with installation logging
    The diagsetup.bat executes the Actix Software setup with full installating
    logging. The installation log will be written to a file called AtxInst.log
    that is located on the root drive of the operating system.
    * Enabling Windows Installer Logging via registry.
    The registry script EnableLogMSI.reg and DisableLogMSI.reg registry scripts
    are used to enable and disable Windows Installer logging via the registry.
    When Windows Installer logging is enabled in this way, the Windows Installer
    will write all installation logging information to the window temp directory
    (cd %temp%). All Windows Installer log files are prefixed with the name MSI.
    Enable logging via the registry when debugging Windows Installer issues when
    launching advertised shortcuts.
