Torrent Power BUY

Investment Rationale:
Torrent Power has in last few months corrected from 120-130 levels in last few months, and is now trading around
its important supports of 75-80. The stock has taken strong support at lower levels, and is witnessing a breakout on
weekly charts. The stock has given a positive breakout above 82 levels ion weekly charts and sustaining above the
resistance levels of 85 will open up levels of 120 and higher in the stock in coming weeks. Looking at the current
formation we advise mediumtermplayers to accumulate the stock at current levels, and add more on dips in the
stock till 81 levels. On the downside 75 would hold as an important support, breaking below which the current view
will be negated.
BUY AT CMP 85 AND ADD ON DIPS TILL 81, STOP LOSS BELOW 75 (CLOSING BASIS), TARGET
120-130. (3-5 Months)
