    If immediate action must be taken within the school system where the Board has not provided policy for administrative action, the Superintendent of Schools shall have the power to act.     ADMINISTRATION IN POLICY ABSENCE

    In cases where immediate action must be taken within the school system where the Board has
    not provided policy for administrative action, the Superintendent of Schools shall have the power
    to act. However, his decisions shall be subject to review by action of the Board at its next
    meeting. It shall be the duty of the Superintendent to inform the Board of such action and the
    need for policy.
