***Notes:
1. After 2015-02-15, no refund will be issued.
2. This time, the conference doesnt provide accommodation; however, there are still some recommended
hotels on the website.
3. Please notice that delegate fees do not include any accommodation fees nor transportation fees.
4. Observer wont be accepted during dinner party.

Form 1: Form 1 will be sent to all schools with a request of CTMUN 2015 participation confirmation. This form
will be adopted as a reference when assigning countries to school delegation. Please tell us how many
delegates AND observers you will be bringing. Also, please indicate if you would like to have seats in the
Security Council (SC). Please ensure that we receive Form I back (email is preferred) by the due date.

Form 2: Form 2 will be delivered by e-mail with a spreadsheet attachment. School directors will receive Form 2

as soon as we receive your Form 1. Please insert the following details in English on the spreadsheet:
1. Name of delegates in the respective committees;
2. Gender;
3. Dietary Restrictions (Optional).

Dress Code:
At CTMUN, all delegates are expected to wear formal attire.
Male delegates are expected to wear long sleeve shirts, a tie and trousers. Shirts should always be tucked in,
buttoned up and sleeves rolled down. Jackets or suits are not mandatory. Delegates should wear dress shoes,
preferably black or brown.
Female delegates are expected to wear a dress or trousers/skirt with a dress shirt/blouse. Delegates should
wear dress shoes / sandals. All clothing must be appropriate.

Official City Tour:
The CTMUN 2015 host team is pleased to announce the official CTMUN City Tour. We provide a 2-day tour for
participants (delegates, observers, chaperons, etc.) from countries outside Taiwan. Further details will be
announced and delivered directly to MUN directors. Please be reminded that the conference fees do not
include the expenses of city tour.

Financial Aids:
CTMUN is committed to providing educational opportunities for all and hopes to reduce any financial obstacles
that may prevent delegates and/or delegations from attending CTMUN 2015. In its inaugural year, CTMUN
2015 is offering financial support for individual delegates in the form of full or partial delegate fee waivers.
