AT&T NAMES MARTA ROSADO DIRECTOR OF RETAIL SALES IN
MARYLAND

Wireless Veteran Leads Maryland-based AT&T-Owned Retail Stores

BALTIMORE, MD., JUNE 3, 2014 AT&T* today announced that Marta Rosado has been appointed
to oversee Marylands AT&T-owned retail stores in the Washington/Baltimore area, one of the
companys largest retail markets. Ms. Rosado most recently served as Director of Sales in New York
City, where she oversaw retail locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

"Marta is an exemplary executive who has a proven track record of delivering the highest levels of
service to our very tech-savvy customers in our largest retail markets," said Rob Forsyth, vice president
and general manager for AT&T in Washington/Baltimore. "Were thrilled to welcome her to Maryland as
she leads retail sales and guides our team in assisting customers who demand today's most advanced
and sought after wireless products and services."

As Director of Sales in New York City, Ms. Rosado was responsible for the sales and operations of 29
locations. Under her leadership, more than half of these company-owned stores were staffed with
bilingual employees to serve Hispanic customers in the language of their choice. Ms. Rosado also is
bilingual (Spanish).

Previously, Ms. Rosado held several sales management positions supporting AT&T company-owned
retail stores in the Bronx, Putnam, Westchester County and New Jersey. A ten year veteran with AT&T,
Ms. Rosado has won numerous awards and improved store performance throughout the New York
metro area.
