Management is an individual or a group of individuals that accept responsibilities to run an organisation.

They Plan, Organise, Direct and Control all the essential activities of the organisation. Management does
not do the work themselves. They motivate others to do the work and co-ordinate (i.e. bring together)
all the work for achieving the objectives of the organization
According to Harold Koontz,
Management is the art of getting things done through and with people in formally organised groups."

The activities of a company associated with buying and selling a product or service. It includes
advertising, selling and delivering products to people. People who work in marketing departments of
companies try to get the attention of target audiences by using slogans, packaging design, celebrity
endorsements and general media exposure. The four 'Ps' of marketing are product, place, price and
promotion.
The overall process of conveying a good or service to customers. Product marketing includes
defining the scope of the product line, identifying potential markets for a product, determining
optimal pricing for the market, encouraging potential customers to purchase the product, and
finding the best distribution methods for delivering the product to customers or to sales location
