Dear valued event vendor,

First and foremost, those of us with Russell Railroad Days hope that you have had a great year since our
event ended in June. We have worked hard to build Railroad Days into a staple of our community and
now that Railroad Days is going on its fourth year, we strongly feel as though we have gotten there.
The committee and I are, once again, starting early on putting a plan in place for our 2014 Railroad Days
celebration on June 13 and 14. With any large scale production, the longer the event runs, the better it
becomes. We, as a committee, have decided to send letters to all ofthe 2014 vendors who expressed
interest in joining us again. This year we are offering 70 available booth spaces for merchandise and
food. Only about half of those spots offer electric at an additional cost. To ensure that Railroad Days is
able to offer everyone equal chance of participating, we are requiring a $25 deposit per space. For
example, if you are interested in 2 booth spaces, you will need to send a $50 deposit by the deadline
shown below. At the time of the event, the remaining amount can be paid to one of the committee
members.
We are looking forward to seeing you all again and we are very excited about what 2014's event will
offer!
