To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this reference at the request of Aiasha Al-Naser. I have known Aiasha since the
beginning of the 2013 school year. She is currently a student in the Business Administration
program at Green Mountain Technology and Career Center (GMTCC) in Hyde Park, VT. Aiasha
is highly suited for the higher education environment based on my observations stated below.

Aiashas role in the classroom and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) consists of
community service, teaching others, leadership activities, meetings, conferences, and
competitions. Based on my observation of Aiashas role, I would rate the student's overall
performance as outstanding. Her fellow students and members can rely on Aiashas ability to
volunteer and assist when needed. Her even temperament and patience is an asset to our
school. I can rely on Aiasha to submit sound work. Her work ethic, teamwork skills and mentor
abilities are college level.
.
Based upon Aiashas performance in the Business Administration program, as a member of her
FBLA chapter, and my understanding of her career interests, I believe she would be an asset to
any employer or college. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Lisa Durocher
Business Administration Instructor

The Business Administration program covers the organizational
functions of business and prepares students to contribute to and
take leading positions in business and society. The program
helps students comprehend the underlying business principles
and develop an ability to think critically and solve problems.
Skills in communications and mathematics are reinforced as the
student uses the appropriate technology to perform business
applications. Through entrepreneurship education, students gain
a clearer picture of the many steps and processes involved in
developing and operating a small business. In addition to
simulations, projects, and teamwork, Future Business Leaders of
America (FBLA) leadership activities, meetings, conferences,
and competitions provide opportunities for application of
instructional competencies.
