Thank you for your continuing efforts to make GranCom IT a leader in the
videogame industry. Recent reports indicate that we captured a 10 percent
increase in market shares over the second quarter of last year. That increase is
directly attributable to your energy, enthusiasm and creativity. Now were facing
a situation that will put us to the test.

As you know, many of the individuals are R & D have been working to develop
concept games based on soccer players. We currently have eight games in various
stages of development. However, the World Cup has turned down our requests for
licensing agreements. Money wasnt an issue; we offered them top dollar. I
believe the World Cup saw tremendous potential and simply decided to develop
its own player-based games.

On January 28, we will hold day-long meetings in Venlo to discuss our options.
Wed like all of you to be present. Our purpose will be to decide how we can best
market our games to the World Cup to obtain the licensing agreement. Meetings
will take place at the Ramada Renaissance by the airport. Lunch will be provided.
