1) What is definition of quality and quality control?
2) What are quality control dimensions?
3) A manufacturer produces a certain items; the production will be accepted or
rejected according to the decided sampling plan. The examiner uses sampling
technique with 100 product sample size and 2% defective products. (By using
Poissons equation).
a) What is the probability, if the lot has 3 defective products?
b) If there are no defective products in the production, what is the acceptance
probability?
c) What is the probability, if there are 4 defective products or more in the lot?
d) What is the probability, if there are 7 defective products or less?

4) A factory produces TV LCDs, the manager decide to accept or reject the daily
production according to a certain sample plan. The operator uses sampling plan
with 3.5% defective products and take 500 LCDs in each sample.(By using
Poissons equation).
a) In the first day, by sampling, the operator found no defective LCDs, what is
the probability that the manager reject this production?
b) In the second day, what is the probability that the operator found 11
defective LCDs?
c) In the third day, what is the probability if there are ten defective LCDs?
d) In the fourth day, what is the acceptance probability if there are 500
defective LCDs?
e) In the fifth day, the operator found about 495 defective LCDs, what is the
probability in this case?
